Shipping Partners
We have partnered with trusted logistics experts, DHL and UPS, to handle the delivery of all our parcels. These well-established carriers have a proven track record of delivering packages safely and on time.
Tracking Updates
As soon as we generate the shipping label for your order, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. With this tracking number in hand, you can conveniently keep an eye on your package's journey from our bakery to your doorstep!
Delivery Times: Our team works diligently to process and dispatch your order promptly. The actual delivery times may vary depending on your order date:
  •  Orders Placed from Thursday to Monday Evening: If you place your order anytime between Thursday and Monday evening, it will be processed and shipped on Tuesday. 
  • Orders Placed on Tuesday: For orders placed on Tuesday, we promptly process them and schedule shipment on Wednesday. 
  • Orders Placed on Wednesday: will be shipped on Thursday.

Important note: We monitor festive days in both the origin and destination countries to ensure a smooth shipping process. However, it's essential to note that due to these holidays, delivery times may be subject to slight shifts.

Our shipping cost is set at €7.95 to provide you with the advantage of our express shipping service. By using this option, your goods spend less time in transit and arrive at your address much faster.
